Massage at work

I am an aromatherapist, massage therapist, reflexologist and Reiki master and have been treating people since 2002.  I specialise in on-site massage to alleviate the physical tensions and mental strain that result from a full and often sedentary workload.  My previous experience of working as a drugs project worker, in both London and Barcelona, means I can offer clients a place where they can work through any anxieties or simply just enjoy each massage as a well deserved break. Treatments focus on the back, neck, arms, scalp and hands to immediately help restore good health and leave people free from the symptoms of exhaustion. Clients can then return to work alert and happy. 

I bring my own chair where clients sit fully clothed and a selection of my own hand blended essential oils. I am trained in pregnancy massage and have the necessary baby safe oils to treat working mothers pre and post labour.  

Massage at home

My home treatments are a 2 hour combination of aromatherapy massage, Reiki and reflexology, using my own hand blended oils and creams. In that time I like to have a full consultation to consider any potential contraindications, levels of pressure preferred and critically, verify where  the root causes of tension are held and how best to alleviate them. Clients can then relax on the heated massage table and enjoy the combination of deeply relaxing and restorative treatments, lasting at least 90 minutes long. 

I am trained in pregnancy massage and fertility reflexology and have many years experience in supporting people through stress and anxiety using a range of therapeutic massage techniques.
